- Thai and Vietnamese Cuisine: A Magical Experience
Featuring the signature flavors of Chef Mai Pham
These recipes will be featured weekly as an inspiration for our guests to experience the flavors of South-western Asia.
- Taco Bar Tuesdays and Thursdays
The grill is transformed to resemble the ever popular taco stands of Mexico. Fresh tacos are served customized with variety of authentic inspired ingredients complete with a range of fresh salsas.
- Dessert Pace Changers
Every so often our pastry chef will present a new treat for students. Whether it be a new favorite recipe or a fun event like frost your own cupcake they are a great way to satisfy your sweet cravings
Monthly Promotions
- January 20th: A Night in Spain
Celebrating the diverse cuisines of Spain allowing ones palate to travel to Madrid to enjoy the great offerings of the fine country.
- February 14th: A Chinese New Years Celebration
We will celebrate this Chinese New Year as we ring in the Year of the Tiger. An authentic Chinese cuisine will be featured to highlight the event and celebration.
- March 23rd: New Orleans Jazz Night
New Orleans is well known for its jazz as well as its Cajun food. This night we transform the DC into a festive atmosphere complete with music and great food.
- April 27th: A Visit to Thailand
Our Mai Pham promotion ends with a celebration of Thailand cooking. This event will be a great way for the chefs to put on display their improved Thailand cooking skills that have been used all semester.
